Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and depending on the number of orders being processed) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may change due to high order volume (especially around Christmas) or other unforeseeable issues.

We offer free delivery on all orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland that are over €60. You have to use the code FREESHIPPING to avail of it.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer world-wide shipping with An Post. Please allow for 1-4 weeks for your international order to arrive from the moment of dispatch, depending on where you're ordering from. Please note, Ashfield Macramé will not be responsible for any customs charges the customer might incur.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (check your spam folder, as it may have gone there!). If you've selected Tracked Shipping, your dispatch confirmation will include the tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (for orders within Ireland) or 30 days (for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theashfieldstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please bear in mind that we do not accept returns of personalised or custom items, as they cannot be resold.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theashfieldstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
