Our processing times vary depending on the time of the year. Ashfield Macramé is a one woman show and there's no one else to replace me if I need to take time off because of sickness. For our up-to-date lead times please check the announcements banner at the top of the page :)

Shipping information
We use An Post for all your orders, both domestic and international. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements when items are lost in transit and you haven't selected the Tracked Shipping option.
